Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription to Fenelogic LLC ("Company") services at any time. To cancel, please send an email to support@fenelogic.com with your account details.

Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term (monthly or annual). You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing cycle.

No Automatic Renewal: Once cancelled, your account will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Since our products are digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) and access is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final.

Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, unused time, or dissatisfaction with the software functionality once accessed, except as required by applicable law.

Exception (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee): For new customers on their first annual subscription, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, please contact us for a full refund.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact our support team at support@fenelogic.com to resolve any billing issues before contacting your bank. We reserve the right to suspend access to your account immediately upon receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute.
